Keeping quality as a measuring unit of performance, the entire production process of Cosmas is conceded under rigorous quality measures and observations. It follows operations with preset equivalence of USFDA and UKMHRA Quality Management Standards and is in the process of attaining all these by the end of 2013.

Cosmas has developed comprehensive testing facilities for multi-stage inspection of all molecules of manufacturing right from raw material procurement and dispensing analysis to moisture/humidity processes, dryness and packaging parameters. Its Quality Assurance and Quality Control Departments perform stringent quality checks that enable the Group to deliver international quality medicines. The advanced captive sample and tool room facilities of the Group assist in manufacturing products of various sizes and shapes to match customer specifications.
